What is Manna Ministries?
Originally our cafe in the village was called Manna Coffee, this has now been closed for a number of years.
We then began Manna Meals for those times people go through surgeries, illnesses, new births or family losses. Our volunteers make a nice home cooked meal and deliver showing the support and encouragement of our church family both to those calling Christ Church home or our community.
Manna Ministries also run a Monday and Tuesday morning coffee morning for church and community to gather and connect. We also run a community food bank on a Monday to Wednesday 9am-1pm.
On Wednesday we run a baby and their adults BabyCafe, on Thursdays a toddler and their adults PlayCafe.
Again, a place for families, caregivers, prents and grandparents to meet over good coffee and food in a cafe setting whilst the children play.
But Manna Ministries is growing and will include Manna Music evenings and our seasonal outreach events.
Why not sign up to help serve on a team to help us run our Sunday Services. Here is a list of areas that we have opportunities to serve in currently.
